Access
Circuit Court files seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day. Choose the
Ho'ohiki Aha Ho'okolokolo ("Come to Court") selection. We have been advised that you can research cases by name or case number and get information such as party names, case types, listings of court hearings or filing, minutes of hearings, case dispositions, settlement conference report and clerk's minutes. Addresses, telephone numbers and Social Security numbers were deleted for privacy and security reasons. The files go as far back as 1984 and are supposed to be updated within 48 hours of the date of a filing or a hearing. If you wish to read the actual document, you must still go to the legal documents room at the court house. |

This site connects to more than 51 million pages on more than 20,000 federal,
state, territorial and tribal sites. Launched in 2000, it was overhauled
earlier this year to make it easier for users to find what they need. Now,
links are organized by type of user (citizen, business, etc.) as well as
by common reference terms, such as forms, laws and press releases. Users
can search the entire site or a single state. |

has been dubbed the AAA WebFile. It allows parties to a dispute to file,
track and, in some cases, even resolve their differences online. The site
has reference to rules, forms and other useful documents. It also includes
a publications catalog and daily headlines from ADRWorld.com. |
